Our company successfully finished a project for transformation of an existing object – shop for auto parts to a newly planned fast food restaurant with hot kitchen. The restaurant will offer food for on-site indoor and outdoor consumption as well as delivery.

The building is existing residential building in the historic center of Sofia. The planned construction works will be related to the change of the functionality of the rooms and areas, full change of the electrical network and water supply system in order to ensure all new functional operations of the new business. It also provides disability access according to the new requirements and regulations, as well as all fire protection regulations are also planned and ensured.

The project was completed and delivered to the investor and the restaurant was realized and functional.
