Construction works and full internal finishing of a new residential multi-family building in Manastirski livadi – West, Sofia was completed and delivered to the investor.

The building is with 1 underground parking floor and 5 above ground residential floors.
On the sub terrain level are situated total of 6 parking lots, 9 storage rooms, technical service room for the elevator, vehicle elevation platform. The main residential area entrance is on the ground floor where are also allocated rooms for the security guard and porter with own sanitary room, main electrical switchboard, a shop with separate entrance. The 4 floors above ground host 9 residential units with a total are of 57 to 94 sq.m. There are 4 ground parking lots for visitors by the building and an entry to the automatic vehicle elevating platform for the underground parking.

Our company was the Project manager of the construction, as well as performed all finishing works – walls and ceiling paint, floor coverings, full sanitary equipment and mounting in the bathrooms, full design, manufacturing and mounting of furnished and equipped kitchens as well as ready and furnished bedrooms of the residential units.
