Finalized and delivered project for a confectionery production unit, Moderno predgradie, Sofia

Finalized and delivered project for transforming a factory for pellets into a confectionery shop according to the requirements of the assignor. For this purpose all necessary documentation is prepared starting with an architectural project.
The factory is situated in the warehousing and production zone in north-west part of Sofia – Moderno predgradie.

The total extended built-up area of the production unit is 1383,82 sq.m.

The building consists of 2 levels above ground.

The project is related to separation of a building into 2 production units with different subject of the production lines.

On the first level there are provided the entrances, the staircases for access to level 2, sanitary rooms, depots for the raw materials, the ready production, main production unit and refrigerator-rooms.
The second level has 301,84 sq.m area together with the stairs and has 5 offices, rest-room and zone for wrapping of the ready production as well. It is also planned to have a freight elevator connecting the two levels.

Our company has completed and handed over the project documentation for the reconstruction of the production unit to the investor.
