Completed design project for construction works and interior of a small apartment, Sofia Center

The project includes interior design for reconstruction and full renovation of a small apartment in an old residential building in the very center of Sofia.

The purpose of the completed and presented architectural concept is to reorganize and refurbish small residential unit in order to be fully functional and to allow eventual long-term or short-term renting.

The complexity of the assignment is to ensure all necessary functions and zones in a very small built up area and thus to ensure more comfort and visual space, requiring existence of all necessary internal zones for optimal inhabitance.

The project was completed in time and handed over to the assignor with all necessary presentations and calculations for the construction works and even all necessary furnishing for this purpose.

The result of the design was a small but cozy and functional small unit, adequate for 2-residents or for long or short-term rental.
