New project for a boutique residential building in German Village, Sofia

The complete design of a new boutique multi-family residential building in the village of German, Sofia has been completed.

The multi-family residential building in the village of German consists of three above-ground levels and one underground level.

The first floor includes four garages and a common area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and service rooms.

In the basement, there are designated storage rooms, a fitness room, and utility rooms.

On the second and third floors, there are two four-room apartments each (a total of four) with three bedrooms, the necessary bathrooms and walk-in closets, living rooms, kitchens, and dining rooms.

Necessary thermal, vapor, and waterproofing are planned for the roof, bay windows, and terraces. The roof is sloped at a 30% incline with external drainage using gutters and downspouts.

Construction permission is expected.
