Description
The project assignment is to design an architectural concept, visual presentation and technical project for a new residence building for an embassy in Sofia. It is a part of a pre-investment project and contains architectural idea and design project with landscaping for a specific targeted land plot in South Sofia.
The building is planned to be with 3 floors – one sub-terrain and two above ground. In the sub-terrain level there are 5 parking lots, warehouse areas, boiler room and servicing spaces on the space of 364 sq.m.
The ground level is designed with living room, kitchen, dining room, storage-rooms, toilets at the space of 303 sq.m.
The second level has a living room, 4 bedrooms, all with bathrooms attached and storage-rooms, all at the area of 354 sq.m.
The total extended built-up area of the residence is planned tobe 657 sq.m.
Project was completed at the stage of architectural concept and plan.
