The project is related to full consulting real estate service for allocation of the required property by the client, shortlist of the pre-selected offers, views within short time limit, preparation of full set of documents for acquisition of the estate, concluding the deal for the property transfer and after sale service. The work also includes interior design and full internal construction works, comprised of demolition of walls, refurbishment, design of integrated kitchen and kitchenware , new electrical network, HVAC and WS, coverings and wall paint, floor and ceiling, sanitary fittings, cabinets and wardrobes, kitchen furnishing, bathroom furnishing, upholstered furniture, maintenance, etc.
