The project includes architectural and structural design of two family buildings in a common land plot.
The small house is planned on 150 sq.m built area and 342 sq.m. total built-up area.
The big house is designed with 324 sq.m. built area and respectively with 700 sq.m. total built-up area.
Both houses have sub-terrain floor and 2 above ground floors.
The project is developed with an open air swimming pool in the common area between the houses.
A project for a fence surrounding the property is also completed.
